- Drive sales of capital and consumable products addressing respiratory surgical complications to hospital operating rooms
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maintain existing business and close new opportunities
- Provide accurate business forecasts to the Regional Business Manager for territory performance
- Collaborate with the field sales team to achieve target sales goals and drive incremental revenue
- Conduct post-sales activities, including product education and ongoing customer support
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of field sales experience, or
- Associate's Degree AND 4+ years of field sales experience, or
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of field sales experience
- Valid driver's license required for travel within the territory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional client interaction abilities
- 5 years of sales experience in medical devices or capital equipment
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas in medical capital equipment and/or consumables
- Experience selling to acute care hospital operating room environments
- Strong understanding of the sales process and medical sales arena
