Execute CARE sales model with each guest to show how products/services meet fitness needs.;
Tour potential members, describe facilities, equipment, services, and amenities aligned with fitness goals.;
Enrol guests using company sales techniques and adhere to Membership Agreement Procedures (MAP).;
Prospect and generate leads from the community; set appointments and follow up using the Lead Management System.;
On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive club profitability.
