• Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle
• Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate sales transactions
• Attend training and sales meetings
• Complete sales transaction paperwork

Commission‑based pay plan – there is no limit to how much money you can make!

Average Sales Representative Pay:

• Internet Sales: $11,405/month = $137k/yr
• Sales: $12,332/month = $148k/yr
• Overall: $12,080/month = $145/yr

• 1‑3 years of automotive sales experience
• Computer skills (Word, CRM, Texting, Email)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Corporate Hiring Requirements:
  Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
