Fitness Coach

As a Fitness Coach, you play a key role in helping members build lasting results and a stronger connection to their health. You deliver high-quality personal and small group training experiences that are engaging, effective, and tailored to each individual. This role goes beyond coaching workouts--you build relationships, create accountability, and take ownership of growing your client base. You'll grow your own book of business, deliver a premium training experience, and see the direct impact of your work through client results and retention.

Top performers can earn the equivalent of up to $75 per hour, including base pay, session premiums, sales commissions, and performance-based incentives. Prioritize time in session by making a meaningful impact on members' lives by delivering engaging personal and small-group training sessions that help them achieve lasting results. Set expectations, track progress, and adjust programs to maximize results and client retention. Take ownership of your success by managing your schedule, maintaining a strong appointment book, and building consistent session volume. Help members start strong by conducting fitness assessments and onboarding sessions that establish trust and create long-term coaching relationships.
