Job Responsibilities
**** Diagnose automotive problems as they arise
* Conduct inspections, repair engine failures, mechanical and electrical systems, and replace parts
* Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and brake inspections
* Use diagnostic tools and factory software to identify and resolve system faults
* Perform repairs according to Hyundai and manufacturer guidelines
* Ensure quality workmanship and conduct test drives to confirm successful repair
* Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
* Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs and time estimates
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the service department runs efficiently
* Mentor and support entry-level and apprentice technicians

* Schedule:

** Tuesday to Saturday work week! (Tuesday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) & (Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

*** Certified Line Technician Qualifications
**** 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Line Technician or Mechanic (Hyundai or Kia experience preferred)
* Personal tools
* ASE certifications or Hyundai factory certifications are a strong plus
* Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
* Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
