Workshop Administrator

Responsibilities

As a Workshop Administrator, you are the vital link between your customers and our workshop. You will manage the workflow by booking vehicles for maintenance and repairs, liaising with the workshop team to schedule work, updating customers on progress, and ensuring the correct approvals are in place for the work carried out.

Your role involves planning the technicians’ day and keeping the workshop running efficiently. Understanding of the motor trade or car dealerships would be helpful. Proven induction training will be provided, but you will need strong customer service skills, planning and administration ability, and a logical, can‑do attitude.
