Customer Service Advisor

Here at Fitshop, we believe it is important to provide quality support for our customers. We need our Customer Care team to be confident, polite and personable, with outstanding communication skills to provide a first-class customer journey through channels (telephone, email, web-chat).

• As an ambassador for Fitshop, support, resolve and sort all queries for retail and e-commerce customers while managing internal relationships.
• Represent the brand and ensure that customers leave the call satisfied or relieved.
• Manage customer complaints with demonstrable experience in a customer service environment.
• Develop product knowledge to support customers and navigate multiple computer systems; strong administration skills are required.

• Experience in customer service and complaint handling.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships across channels.
• Technical understanding of the products is advantageous; not essential.
• Strong administration skills and proficiency with multiple computer systems.
