Lookers Glasgow Audi is recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You will coordinate MOTs, services and repairs, upsell warranty coverage and parts, and manage a high-volume flow of customer interactions with a focus on first-class service.
You’ll report to the Aftersales Manager and have opportunities for training and progression within the dealership network. A strong customer service background and familiarity with dealer systems are highly valued.
