We’re Hiring: Associate Director – Geo-Environmental Services

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Work Setup: Flexible hybrid working (dependent on projects and site visits)

Salary: £60k - £75k DOE

What You’ll Own:

Lead major geo-environmental projects from scope to delivery.
Mentor and grow a high-performing technical team.
Build lasting client partnerships and drive new business.
Manage budgets, KPIs, and overall project performance.
Champion health, safety, compliance, and sustainability.
Influence long-term strategy and market positioning.

What You Bring:

A degree in Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
Strong consultancy background in contaminated land, investigations, and remediation.
Proven leadership in team management, technical delivery, and client relationships.
Solid knowledge of UK environmental and planning regulations.
A history of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
