Credit Sights, a Fitch Solutions company, is currently seeking an Operations Associate to be based out of our Glasgow, UK office.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Fitch Solutions partner dV01. dV01 is lifting the curtain on the largest financial market in the world: structured finance. The $16+ trillion market is the backbone of everyday activities that empower financial freedom, from consolidating credit‑card debt and refinancing student loans to buying a home and starting a small business.

dV01’s data analytics platform brings unparalleled transparency into investment performance and risk for lenders and Wall Street investors in structured products. As a data‑first company, we wrangle critical loan data and build modern analytical tools that enable strategic decision‑making for responsible lending. More than 400 of the largest financial institutions use dV01 for our coverage of over 75 million loans spanning mortgages, personal loans, auto, buy‑now‑pay‑later programs, small business, and student loans. dV01 continues to expand coverage of new markets, adding loans monthly, and developing new technologies for the structured products universe.

• Develop deep knowledge of the structured finance market, which continues to grow in size and weight
• Access to the resources of Fitch, including career advancement opportunities (dependent on exceptional performance)
• Lead the expansion of dV01’s operational support

• Bachelor’s degree required. A variety of educational histories will be considered for this role, especially those with Accounting/Financial/Legal backgrounds.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF skills required.
• Established skills in accuracy, organization, and experience working in a high‑volume, time‑sensitive environment.
• Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight.
• Possess strong organizational skills, sound judgement and hold the highest ethical standards.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Knowledge of R, Python or SQL
• Knowledgeable in financial concepts and data
• Knowledge of structured finance
• Excels under tight deadlines and challenging time frames
• A team player and enjoys a collaborative working environment
• An effective verbal and written communicator
• A dedication and willingness to contribute to the business and shape their role
