Barren County is seeking a Kentucky Medication Aide/Certified Medication Aide!

We are seeking a dedicated Kentucky Medication Aide / Certified Medication Aide (KMA/CMA) to join our clinical team and help ensure our residents receive safe, accurate, and timely medication support. In this important role, you will work closely under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to administer medications, monitor resident responses, and provide hands‑on support with daily care needs.

- Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to the health care provider's orders.
- Supervise residents who self‑administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines.
- Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.
- Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience working directly with older adults preferred.
- Must enjoy working with the senior population.
