Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. Sustainably.
Our inspiring and caring environment forms a global community that celebrates diversity and individuality. We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Supply Chain Manager to join our Digital Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll go beyond crunching numbers — you’ll think like a detective. By combining hands-on experience in supply chain planning with deep knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response, you will help our planners deliver consistent service to customers while driving continuous improvement across our planning processes and tools.
You’ll work side by side with Supply Planners, Demand Planners, and Inventory Managers, identifying gaps, designing solutions, testing functionality, and leading rollouts. Change management will be at the core of what you do — listening with empathy, building trust, and ensuring adoption of new ways of working.
This role is hybrid from Tarrytown, NY;
Glasgow, DE; or Walpole, MA, with remote flexibility from other locations for the right candidate.
** What You’ll Do
*** Support and enable the global community of Kinaxis users (Supply, Demand, and Inventory Planners).
* Act as a detective: analyze planning drivers such as
** lot size, days of supply, time fences, lead times, safety stock targets, shelf life, bills of material, and forecast accuracy** — and show how they impact service to customers.
* Identify, document, and mitigate risks to the supply chain using Kinaxis insights and analytics.
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate them into system solutions.
* Collaborate with IT and development teams to design, test, and deliver enhancements in Kinaxis.
* Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), develop training content, and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
* Differentiate between
** best practice
** and non-standard supply chain practices, guiding the business toward sustainable solutions.
* Serve as a change agent: communicate clearly, listen empathetically, and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
** What We’re Looking For**
* ** 5+ years of experience
** in supply chain planning (demand, supply, inventory management)
* ** Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response**, including workbooks, dashboards, and/or application configuration.
* Knowledge of supply chain best practices and the ability to distinguish between standardized and ad-hoc processes.
* Strong understanding of planning fundamentals: lot sizing, lead times, safety stock, time fences, forecast accuracy, BOMs, and shelf-life considerations.
* Ability to build process maps, identify risks in planning processes and recommend practical, system-enabled mitigations.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
* Excellent communication, listening, and change management skills.
* Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
** Who we are**:
We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. As a leader in medical technology, we constantly push the boundaries to create better outcomes and experiences for patients, no matter where they live or what health issues they are facing. Our portfolio is crucial for clinical decision-making and treatment pathways.
** How we work:
** When you join Siemens Healthineers, you become one in a global team of scientists, clinicians, developers, researchers, professionals, and skilled specialists, who believe in each individual’s potential to contribute with diverse ideas. We are from different backgrounds, cultures, religions, political and/or sexual orientations, and work together, to fight the world’s most threatening diseases and enable access to care, united by one purpose: to pioneer breakthroughs in…
