RESPONSIBILITIES Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems within the manufacturing facility
Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, welders, overhead cranes, and forklifts
Inspect equipment for proper operation and identify potential failure risks
Replace worn or defective parts such as bearings, belts, motors, sensors, hoses, and fittings
Maintain and repair facility systems including lighting, compressed air systems, and building infrastructure
Support installation and setup of new equipment as neededREQUIREMENTS5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals
Acute attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgement.
Operate material handling equipment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines; work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ability to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
Ability to work in a team environment with multiple departments and diverse personalities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, dust)
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Proper PPE is required at all times
