6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Days:
Monday thru Friday

Job Summary:

• Construct, repair, and assemble wooden pallets according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and inspect pallet components.
• Ensure pallets are durable, meet customer requirements, and are completed within production deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work areas, depending on the facility.
• Exposure to wood dust, noise, and vibrations from power tools and machinery.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
• Basic math and inventory skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
