Position
Wound Care Nurse - RN or LPN, $5,000 Sign on Bonus
Location:
Glasgow, Kentucky
We are hiring a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to work full‑time with NHC Glasgow, assessing and treating patients with wounds, colostomies, and injuries.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies, and injuries.
- Deliver wound care nursing procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education to patients and families to prevent pressure ulcers and infections.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other health professionals.
- Participate in on‑call rotations as required.
- Must be a team player.
- Hold a valid Kentucky LPN or RN license.
