Activities Staff - CNA

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering activities to meet the social, emotional, physical, and therapeutic needs of residents.
• Initiate and promote activities both within and outside the facility.
• Provide in‑room activities for residents who cannot attend daily events.
• Create and maintain an ongoing calendar of activities.
• Consistently meet state standards for activity scheduling and documentation.
• Solicit community involvement when planning facility activities and events.

• Preferred:
  Prior experience in activities or healthcare settings (not required).
• Preferred:
  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (not required).
• Skilled at working with individuals who have cognitive, physical, or sensory disabilities.
• Availability to work shifts that may include weekends and variable hours.
