Job Description
You’ll provide hands‑on nursing care in a long‑term care environment in Glasgow, Kentucky, supporting residents under the direction of an RN or physician while helping them maintain independence, safety, and quality of life. New graduates are welcome.
You’ll apply your LPN skills to provide direct resident care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team, communicate with residents and their families, and support individualized care plans while following established nursing standards and facility procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform LPN nursing practice under the direction of an RN or physician.
- Observe and care for ill, injured, or infirm residents within scope of practice.
- Collect nursing data, provide first aid for minor injuries, and perform nursing procedures that safeguard resident health and safety.
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team while supporting nursing care activities, teaching, delegating, and assisting staff as appropriate.
- Schedule patient activities and appointments, communicate with families, attend training, and follow facility policies and procedures.
- Perform simple maintenance on medical treatment equipment as assigned.

Qualifications Requirements- Active, current, unrestricted Kentucky LPN license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to meet facility employment requirements.
- New graduates welcome.
