Bluegrass Ingredients is seeking a Food Safety Manager to lead the company’s safety programs across Glasgow, KY and Springfield, KY. You will oversee sanitation, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance with SQF, USDA, FSMA, FDA, HACCP, and GMP standards.
The role provides direct leadership to sanitation teams, partners with QA Managers, and sets KPI targets for audit readiness, corrective actions, and training. Travel between sites is required.
