As a Customer Service Assistant/Delivery Driver your role will include:

• Picking, preparing and delivering home delivery orders.
• Providing excellent customer service to the customer.
• Ensuring the store is fully stocked, labelled and well‑merchandised.
• Complying with all company policies and processes.
• Achieving the store’s KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets.
• Ensuring cash preparation is completed as per company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of three years driving experience and no more than six points on your licence.
• The ability to pick, prepare, load the van and deliver orders at any time from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to use a smartphone, tablet and the home delivery app.
