The role is to manage, develop, and win business across key hospital accounts in Scotland and the North East. It involves account management and new business development with a consultative approach to increase product usage and drive growth. The position is hands‑on, clinically focused, with regular presence in operating theatres, supporting procedures, demonstrating products, and ensuring customers maximise the portfolio value.

Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in surgical sales or clinical, theatre‑based roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with clinical stakeholders
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Driven, self‑motivated and eager to learn
- Fully expensed company car (hybrid options available)
