Customer Relations Representative

Description

Under limited supervision, cultivates the established relationships with customers and advises the Sales team on all account activity, with strong communication between organization and customers. Works directly with all levels of subordinate and executive management across many functional areas including Distribution, Logistics, Order Processing, Contracts, Pricing, and Manufacturing.

• Works internally and externally to ensure orders are submitted, received, processed & shipped.
• Manages customer’s product portfolio and transactional data via the customer’s vendor web portal when applicable.
• Works with Sales, Order Management, and Business Analytics on product availability for customers based on request and/or requirements.
• Works directly with customers on product setups. Provides all necessary documentation for setup or enters directly via the customer’s web portal when applicable.
• Works with the outside sales team as needed to ensure customer service success.
• Provides reports and documents internally and externally on a routine and ad hoc basis.

• Assists in failure to supply penalty research.
• Provides order tracking to customer.

• High School or GED - Required

• 3 years or more in Customer Service
• 3 years or more in Analytics

• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
