Cross Reach Trading Ltd. is seeking a Lead Practitioner to shape daily experiences for children and young people at Carraig View, Port Glasgow, with strong community links and a Christian ethos.
You will lead shifts, support young people to achieve goals, develop care plans, mentor staff, and work with families and schools to promote learning, wellbeing and positive outcomes. A driving licence and SSSC registration are required.
