Thrive Childcare is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Happitots Baillieston site. The role supports the Nursery Manager, supervising staff and delivering high-quality childcare across Scotland. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £30,000–£31,000 per annum.
You will communicate with parents, ensure health and safety compliance, and contribute to staff development and operational duties. Level 3 childcare qualification or higher and leadership experience are essential.
