Night shift Duty Manager

Location:

M&S, Glasgow Central, Scotland, United Kingdom.

Pay: £13.30 per hour plus £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing the total rate to £14.80 per hour.

Schedule:

4 days on, 4 days off. Shift times between 10 pm and 8 am. Full‑time, 40 hours per week, flexible weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.

• Ensure a clean, welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations.
• Guide and support colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment.
• Oversee unit opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to guidelines.
• Focus on operational efficiency, monitor unit performance, champion continuous improvement.
• Recognise and celebrate exceptional service, promoting inclusivity and motivation.
• Build strong relationships, communicate effectively and make sound decisions to enable team success.

• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor/manager in a high‑volume hospitality or retail night‑shift role.
• Minimum age 18 to handle alcohol and perform required tasks.
