As an Events Assistant, you will help ensure every occasion runs smoothly and successfully. Your day will involve assisting with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring everything is perfectly in place. You will warmly welcome and expertly guide guests, always maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour. When needed, you'll be on hand to serve food and beverages, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Ultimately, you'll be a vital support in the running of a diverse range of conferences, meetings, and special events within our client's prestigious hospitality venues.

We're looking for someone with a positive, proactive attitude and thrive in a customer-focused environment. Essential for this role is previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer service position, where you've demonstrated your ability to deliver excellent service. You will need strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with guests and team members.
