Accor Hotel is seeking individuals for a multi-skilled role at Novotel Glasgow, combining Front Office and Food & Beverage duties. You will ensure a warm welcome for guests and handle various responsibilities during night shifts, including safety checks and guest service.
The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills and experience with OPERA Cloud. Work includes assisting in hotel operations and maximizing guest satisfaction. Training in front-of-house functions will be provided.
