Our housekeeping team plays a key role in delivering a great guest experience by ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, and ready for arrival. We pride ourselves on being a supportive, friendly team where everyone works together to maintain high standards.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Casual Housekeeper to join our team. This is a flexible role, ideal for someone available during mid‑week daytime shifts
, with additional hours available based on business needs.

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to brand standards
• Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish amenities
• Vacuum, dust, polish, and maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, or lost property
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily targets

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, can‑do attitude
• Flexible availability, particularly mid‑week (Monday–Friday daytime)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

This role involves physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Full training will be provided.
