Event Operations Team Member

Role Overview

We are looking for an authentic and driven Part Time Events Operations Team Member to join us at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa. The team focuses on delivering personal service across our spa and dining experiences and ensuring memorable events.

Your main duties include supporting a wide range of events such as birthdays, weddings and baby showers, ensuring excellent customer service, working at a fast pace and guaranteeing smooth operations.

• Work across a variety of events to provide excellent service
• Maintain a fast pace and ensure smooth operation of events

• Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week across an assortment of shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility of working hours, including late finishes and early starts depending on the event.
• Drive to produce results and contribute to the team culture.
• Warm and authentic personality, a can‑do attitude and commitment to service.
• Willingness to work within the team and embrace the service philosophy.
