Senior Event Planner
Scottish Event Campus, Glasgow
Salary: £34,000 per annum (FTC – 12 months)

What You'll Be Doing- Managing and planning a diverse portfolio of events from enquiry through to delivery
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly
- Collaborating with operational teams to deliver seamless event experiences
- Preparing event documentation, function sheets, and operational briefs
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Driving revenue opportunities through upselling and identifying additional client needs
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the events team
- Ensuring events are delivered in line with Levy's high standards of service and hospitality
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, conference, or venue management
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Commercial awareness and a customer‑focused approach
- Experience working within a large‑scale venue, conference centre, stadium, arena, or hospitality environment would be advantageous
