As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the seamless running of all F&B services across the venue, with a particular focus on maintaining the highest standards within our bar operation. • Managing all bar and F&B operations to a high standard
• Leading, inspiring, and developing a professional, service-driven team
• Upholding exceptional levels of guest care throughout every touchpoint
• Overseeing stock control, cellar management, ordering, and GP performance
• Ensuring the bar delivers a refined, efficient, and luxurious service experience
• Working closely with the events team to support weddings and high-profile functions
• Maintaining full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and venue policies

• Proven experience in a luxury hotel, high-end wedding venue, or premium bar environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences
• Strong bar expertise, including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and cellar management
