Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, ensuring they achieve their potential and meet departmental objectives. Manage the operation of F&B outlets, maintaining food, drink, and service quality. Ensure a safe, pleasant, and well‑maintained work environment. Handle daily financial administrative tasks, stock management, and end‑of‑month reporting. Work duty manager shifts as needed.

  • Organise the daily operations of the Food & Beverage team.
  • Ensure 5‑star service quality across all F&B areas including the Restaurant, Conference and Events, In‑Room Dining, and Bar.
  • Lead by example, motivate, and coordinate the team to exceed guest expectations.
  • Communicate feedback and key information to the Food & Beverage leadership team.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns or special requests.
  • Conduct team training to align with premium brand and service standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to support menu implementation and delivery.
  • Monitor rosters and staffing schedules to meet operational requirements.
