Blue Arrow is seeking experienced Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties for a busy hotel in Scotland from June to October. The roles require living in the hotel, where a weekly fee covers accommodation, meals, and bills. Applicants must have Food Hygiene Level 2 and previous experience in kitchen roles while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
