Novotel Glasgow is seeking a Reception Team Member to warmly welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out, and coordinate front‑of‑house tasks in a busy hotel environment. You may also assist Food & Beverage outlets during breakfast, bar, and night shifts, contributing to a smooth guest journey.
Strong English, excellent communication, reliability, and IT literacy are essential as you work across departments with a collaborative, professional approach to uphold Accor’s hospitality standards.
