As the Spa Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will be leading the entire Spa team to providing a highly service-focused operation with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and the ability to anticipate needs. You will be responsible for both the attraction and recruitment of new talent and the development and retention of current talent. You will be confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure the Spa strategy and budgets are being met.
