Compensation: £2,279 / month
ResponsibilitiesYou will become a champion multitasker: customer service, receptionist, concierge, barista, mixologist, problem solver and more.
Duties include:
- Welcoming guests with warmth as they walk in.
- Assisting self‑check‑in kiosk guests.
- Preparing, cleaning, and serving hot and cold breakfast and meals.
- Brewing coffee or mixing signature cocktails.
- Acting as a concierge to the city, answering questions about dining, shopping and nightlife.
- Maintaining the living room and cleaning the shared kitchen, arranging food displays for the following shift.
- Assisting guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities (may involve learning new tech skills).
- Managing reservations in the property management system (PMS) and performing the nightly audit.
- Holding responsibility for the premises during night shifts, including keeping keys.
- Managing guest needs in emergency situations.

Typical ShiftsOur hotel operates 24/7 with a rotating flexible schedule. Typical shifts include:
- Evenings: 10:50 PM – 7:10 AM
- Availability to work weekends is required.
