Arc is recruiting experienced Event Staff to join our vibrant Festival and Events Team for an exciting season across Scotland. From atmospheric Candlelight Concerts to large-scale stadia events and major festivals, and event contract catering shifts Mon-Fri, no two shifts are ever the same.

• Be part of the action at Scotland’s top venues, festivals and stadia
• Choose your shifts with full flexibility using our easy-to-use app
• Work with friends – sign up together and make it a shift to remember
• On-site support from our experienced Operations Team
• Opportunities available across Scotland and nationwide

• Serving drinks at high-volume bars using mass-dispense or packaged systems
• Scanning tickets and welcoming guests
• Providing friendly, helpful customer service and directing patrons
• Keeping queues moving and energy high
• Working long shifts in lively, high-energy environments

• Previous experience in hospitality, festivals, events, pubs or bars
• Confidence serving drinks and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
• A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Aged 18+ with the right to work in the UK
