Operations Manager Dalmeny Park House Hotel Full‑Time

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at Dalmeny Park House Hotel, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and excellent guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth, efficient service across all departments.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing departmental managers and wider hotel teams.
  • Managing staffing levels, rotas, and operational costs to support business performance targets.
  • Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Ensuring all operational procedures, brand standards, and company policies are consistently followed.
  • Supporting the delivery of weddings, events, restaurant, bar, and accommodation operations where required.
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the hotel.
  • Working closely with senior management to drive revenue, performance, and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior management role within hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive, hands‑on management style with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
  • Experience managing budgets, labour controls, and operational performance targets.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
  • Professional presentation and a positive, approachable manner.
