JWR is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an internationally recognised hotel brand for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established hotel with over 130 bedrooms, leading the day-to-day operation while delivering exceptional guest experiences and commercial performance.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all departments, ensuring brand standards are consistently achieved and supporting the continued development of a high-performing team.

The Role

As Hotel Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the General Manager in the overall leadership of the hotel.
• Leading the day-to-day operation across all hotel departments.
• Driving exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing Heads of Department and departmental teams.
• Ensuring brand standards, operational procedures and compliance requirements are consistently met.
• Monitoring financial performance, labour costs and departmental profitability.
