Mitie is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to provide flexible, high-quality support across multiple client contracts. You will deliver a warm, professional hospitality experience for visitors and colleagues, manage front-of-house activities, and adapt to varied SOPs across sites.
You will handle reception, concierge, workplace coordination, meetings and events, while maintaining service continuity and escalating issues when necessary.
