Heeton Concept Hotels in Glasgow is seeking a Guest Services Assistant to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, take orders, and provide local tips to ensure a friction-free stay. You will work across Reception, Bar, Restaurant and Kitchen duties, promote the IHG loyalty program, and help create a warm, home-like atmosphere.
Fluency in English and hospitality experience are preferred; training will cover brand standards and safety.
