Head Housekeeper Dalmeny Park House HotelFull Time
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at Dalmeny Park House Hotel. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel, while supporting and developing the Housekeeping team to ensure our guests receive an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Lead, motivate, and support the Housekeeping team to maintain consistently high standards.
- Oversee the daily cleaning and presentation of guest bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Allocate daily duties and ensure the team is adequately prepared for occupancy, arrivals, departures, and events.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and stock levels, placing orders when required.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Work closely with the Front Office, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Events teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of Housekeeping team members.
- Address any guest concerns relating to housekeeping professionally and effectively.
- Ensure all housekeeping procedures, health and safety requirements, and company standards are followed.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior housekeeping role within a hotel or similar environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Confident leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and support a team while also being hands-on when required.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
- A professional and positive approach to guest service.
