voco Grand Central Glasgow and Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel are seeking a Cluster Kitchen Manager to oversee operations across both Glasgow properties. You will lead food safety, HACCP and health & safety, support purchasing, stock control and training, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
