You'll be motivated to maintain the high standards of a 4-star hotel while fostering a positive, efficient, and motivated kitchen environment.

What we're looking for as Head Chef:

Previous experience in a Head Chef role, ideally within a hotel or similar hospitality environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Outstanding knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards

Creative and forward-thinking approach to menu planning and kitchen management

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure

Professional attitude and a genuine passion for delivering quality dining experiences
