This position is offered by a Premium Italian Restaurant in Glasgow, Scotland.

• Gross salary package:
  Circa £40,000 (incl.share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus)**
• Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Your role involves skillful preparation of complex Italian dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff, and assist in the company's impending apprenticeship scheme.

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Italian dishes & Specialties
• Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
• Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
