Sen Spa at Careys Manor Hotel in the New Forest is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, guest experience and team performance during a maternity cover.
With a team of around 35, 18 treatment rooms and turnover circa £3m, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and a sound understanding of spa operations to deliver exceptional guest journeys. The role is full-time, includes some weekends/evenings, and lasts for about one year from late November.
