A Day in the Life at The Collector’s Hall

As a

Meeting & Events Assistant, you’ll be part of the team that brings every event to life – from intimate gatherings to full-scale celebrations. Your day might include:

Preparing event spaces for conferences, banquets, and private functions

Setting up tables and service stations with precision and care

Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism

Serving food, drinks, and refreshments throughout the event

Ensuring smooth service, anticipating guest needs, and responding promptly

Supporting event transitions – from breakout sessions to dinner service

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all function areas

Working closely with the Kitchen team to deliver a flawless experience

Supporting setup and breakdown before and after events

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, events, or banqueting is a plus – but not essential

A proactive, professional attitude and genuine passion for service

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

A keen eye for detail and a calm, composed approach under pressure

Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently in dynamic settings

A polished appearance and confident communication style

A positive mindset and pride in creating memorable moments for guests
