RBH is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the hotel front desk team in delivering outstanding guest service. You will oversee check-in/out, room assignment, billing accuracy and strive to minimize wait times while maintaining high service standards.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a supervisory front desk role, strong communication, budgeting awareness and proficiency with PMS systems (Opera or similar) and MS Office. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
