Woolley Grange, part of Luxury Family Hotels, seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead in a brand new setting in Wiltshire. This permanent role is 45 hours per week, including weekends, with a salary up to £36,000 plus service charge and benefits.
You will support the management team in day-to-day restaurant operations, supervise staff, collaborate with the kitchen, handle guest queries, manage stock, and help drive guest experience and budget oversight.
