Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa, part of the RAD Hotel Group, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day running of the hotel.
As the on‑site senior leader, you will report to the Director of Operations and drive guest experiences, commercial performance, and staff development across all departments from accommodation to F&B, events and spa, setting the standard through hands‑on leadership.
