As a Bar Supervisor at Valor Hospitality, you're not just managing a Bar; you're overseeing memorable experiences! Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Team: Oversee and support the bar staff in their duties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service throughout each shift.

  • Crafting Delight: Serve and supervise the preparation of a delightful mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with hotel policy and liquor licensing laws.

  • Service Excellence: Ensure excellent customer service at all times, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

  • Spotless Setup: Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the Bar and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Stock Management: Rotate, display, and manage bar stock to guarantee all products are served in top-notch condition.

  • Transaction Savvy: Oversee cash, credit cards, and guest accounts, following company procedures with precision.

  • Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions to deliver a seamless guest experience.

  • Team Player: Support the Food and Beverage department as needed, whether it’s assisting with table service, food preparation, or helping train team members.

Desired Skills and

Education:

  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality is desirable, though not essential.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.

  • Attention to detail, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
